Registration Procedures for children in Pre-K and Kindergarten:

For Pre-Kindergarten, the child must be four years old by October 1st.

For Kindergarten, the child must be five years old by October 1st.

The child must be a resident of Prospect Park.
Health Records (Immunizations Records)
Original birth certificate with raised seal (Bureau of Vital Statistics)
Current rent receipt or mortgage bill or a recent property tax bill (select two)
Current utility bill (Public Service, cable, water or telephone bill) Select two.
Transfer Card from previous school (If applicable)

The child must be a resident of Prospect Park .

As soon as you have obtained residency in Prospect Park, call Mrs. Hubbard (973-790-7909 x1000) to schedule an appointment with the principal. You must bring the child (ren) to meet with the principal.
